Who we are

Italy Admissions is an independent private consultancy based in Italy. The person responsible for your data is legal name of owner / business, reachable at italyadmissions.info@gmail.com.

What this website collects

This website does not use a database, user accounts, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The enquiry form does not send anything to a server: it only prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you choose whether to send.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads, as with any website that uses them.

What you send us

When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, you share personal information such as your name, education, grades and documents. We use it only to advise you and to prepare the applications you ask us to help with. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else unless you ask us to (for example, when you submit an application).

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and documents for as long as we are working with you, and up to 24 months afterwards so we can help with later steps such as visa or enrolment. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to italyadmissions.info@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
